"If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Shannon has been my State Farm rep for some time now and has always been super responsive, friendly and professional. Today I had an amazing experience. I called her on Saturday morning to inform her we were looking to possibly purchase a vehicle if we found the right deal. She replied letting me know to simply call if we do find one and she would take care of it. We headed to the dealership and much to our surprise, found exactly what we wanted and made a deal. I texted Shannon as the paperwork was being completed. I sent her the info and within literal minutes our insurance binder was sent over making our car buying experience seamless. As we all know this is sometimes very time consuming and frustrating. I can’t say enough good things about Shannon. Extremely, Highly recommend!! Thank you Shannon!!!!"
